Public Benefits

The public benefits which come from the purpose of The Pat Cullinan Charitable Trust will be through the relief of poverty and poor health by providing grants to established charities and individuals to reduce the levels of stress and anxiety of the beneficiaries. The feedback we have obtained from established charities and individuals in the form of letters or phone calls has confirmed this.

In the promotion of education, grants made available to educational establishments or individuals have helped them in their advancement of learning with the aim of progression to further education or work progress. This evidence is confirmed by regular independent evaluation and grant making to reward academic achievement.

Also, the Trustees will provide grants to local church organisations in the advancement of religion be it in the form of a grant to make good church repairs or general church funding. Grants in the form of repairs will increase the longevity of the bricks and mortar of the church as a place of worship for future generations.

The purposes of the Trust will always be beneficial and never harmful. In addition, there will never be any private benefit.
